Personal Lines Insurance Agent (CSR)
We are seeking an experienced and licensed Personal Lines Insurance Agent/Customer Service Representative to assist with servicing existing client accounts, putting new policies in place, processing policy changes, addressing inquiries with a customer-first mindset. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of personal lines insurance and thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Provide outstanding customer service by handling policy inquiries, change requests, and client concerns.
Process endorsements, renewals, and other policy changes accurately and efficiently.
Educate clients on coverage options and ensure policies meet their needs.
Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless client account management.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, state regulations, and industry trends.

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License (Required).
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Personal Lines Insurance Agent or CSR.
Strong communication and organizational skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Familiarity with insurance software and technology tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Commercial Lines Insurance Agent (CSR)
We are seeking an experienced and licensed Commercial Lines Insurance Agent/Customer Service Representative to support our clients with their commercial insurance needs, and more. This role involves handling certificates of insurance, bonds, policy reviews, writing new policies, and more. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and client-focused.

Issue and manage certificates of insurance promptly and accurately.
Assist clients with the application and renewal process, ensuring all required information is complete and accurate.
Review and process policy endorsements, renewals, and changes.
Handle requests related to commercial bonds and ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines.
Act as a liaison between clients and carriers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry updates, market changes, and carrier requirements.
